Accounting Software for your Arts and Crafts Business!

Like the saying goes.... "no job is over until the paperwork is done"!..you need some accounting software.. and your craft busines is no different.

Actually no matter what type of business you run, you need to keep track of your income and expenses, and as you can see by the above examples, there are all kinds of great accounting software out there for you to use!.. There is no excuse!. I am my own bookkeeper with my own business and I do bookkeeping for my sister's business, and I have used all of the above programs.. they are all very user friendly and are different sizes depending on your needs! You can also search online for others

My own craft business is a very simple one for paperwork, and therefore I don't need anything to big or to fancy.. but my sister's business is much bigger and includes inventory and employees, therefore we do best with the larger programs.. Click on any of the above software and you can get more information about each one and its capabilities. If you think you will get more complicated, then you should start with a bigger program, as its a pain to change halfway thru.. although not impossible!

Get your software as soon as you can, and get into the habit of entering your income and expenses... don't let it pile up, or make a special day per week, just for paperwork, if you let it get behind, its too hard to see the big picture of how you are doing.. as remember, you are suppose to be making money!
