Teach a Craft Class or teach crafts!The best way to get started with this idea, is to approach your local craft supply shop to teach crafts, quite often, if they are a big enough store, they have an area or room that is just for a craft class!.. Try to teach a craft class, that is not too hard and that would appeal to most adult age groups, unless you specifically like to teach a craft to children.. Try the craft yourself, at home, take a picture, that you could print onto a flyer, and come up with a simple supply list that can be purchased in the store you are holding your class in!.. A great example of this, would be a particular quilt style you like to do, and wish to teach one quilt block, or a simple coaster or table runner, approach a quilt shop, and make sure the supplies can be purchased in that store. The same for a wool shop for knitting or crochet, and so on.. whatever your passion is!.. try to teach it! You charge per person for this craft and give them a supply list.. OR you can purchase everything up front and charge your student for the supplies and the class fee. Try to make something that can be taught in an hour or 2, .. or that they can continue to make at home after your instructions!.. You have a sign up list at the craft store, with a date and time, and then you teach your passion to willing students!
