Create a Craft Newsletter for your customers!

Creating a Craft Newsletter, can be a great way to stay in touch with your customers!

You need to ask for their permission first, by creating a form they can fill out while you are processing their purchases!

Make it simple, state what the newsletter will be about.. eg: upcoming sales, what shows you will be at etc... If the customer is interested, then get them to write their name and address, as well as any e-mail address they have..

Its really important to get their permission for this, as people do not like to get unsolicited mail!.. By writing their name and address down on a form that explains what its about, you have been given permission..

Keep the newsletter simple and and include your business name and address/phone number, maybe pictures of some products or crafts you have just created and let them know where your sale will be, or what craft show you will be at etc..

Its worth investing in the stamp, as repeat customers are great for business..
