Have a Craft Party!

Try doing a Craft Party!!

If you have mastered the craft class in your home, another great way to get out there is to do a craft party!.. For example, if one of your students (this could be a great friend or relative also!) showed an interest in having some other people learn the great craft you just taught.. maybe she knows people from work who would like to learn?.. offer to have a craft party at her house!

This takes some organizing.. but it would be fun! .. you would earn some money, have students who are interested in what you are doing.. Try a craft class at your own home first, to see how comfortable you are.. almost like a trial run.. then offer to go to someones house..

You will have to make sure you have all your supplies, you will need to offer your host a sign up sheet, for her/him to find out how many people will be at their house. Make sure you have the correct total before going, and its up to your host, to make sure these students/friends.. will be aware of the cost up front.

Then you make up your supply kits for each person/student.. and off you go!.. The host/hostess will provide refreshments and an area to sit and work.. You teach your craft, and then make sure once again to have your craft diary craft diary with you, and business cards and flyers you may have about your upcoming shows..

Although, after all this...you may prefer to make your money with Teaching Craft Parties!..
