Craft Show Vendors.... get to know them!

Craft Show Vendors... are the greatest source of information on craft shows and the "goings on" in the Craft Circuits!.

When you set up at a craft show, be sure to be polite and cordial and NOT competitive with other vendors!.. when there are quiet moments, or you and your craft partner take a break each... take a walk around, and get to know some of the other vendors during quiet moments.

Craft show vendors, especially the seasoned experienced ones, will be absolutely filled with information about shows, upcoming events, ideas, and who to call about what show!.

This is especially true of vendors whose crafts are nothing like yours... this way they don't feel competitive and are willing to share information.. and then keep in touch.. that is the great thing about e-mail now!

If you do enough shows, you will get to know some vendors quite well, and it makes for a fun time and a great experience as you will meet vendors from all over the country.. depending on how far they take their business.. I have even found out about great craft stores and supplies thru some of these vendors... that I would not have known about.. not all places are on the computer!... Take the time and listen.. to other craft show vendors!
