Creative Financing for your arts and crafts business!

There is always another way... (my motto!).. when it comes to creative financing for your arts and crafts business!

Personally, I have found the best way to finance a small arts and crafts business, is to keep it small and work at it part time until you simply cannot keep the orders flowing, or make enough product to sell without quitting your day job.!

It is an exciting time, when your arts and crafts business reaches that moment, but also, most likely, one of the scariest times!.. this is when to use creative financing!

Creative financing, must involve the family members whom you live with, as this will make changes to the family money. You must sit down with your partner and family and decide, if you are making enough with this business to sustain the family while you grow your business... this must be a decision that EVERYONE agrees with.

You may be at the point of needing to quit your day job in order to fill some more orders, and have some money socked away, that you need to put right back into the business for supplies, you may not get paid for more than 2 weeks, so everyone in the family needs to be involved with the decision.

You will feel much better also, knowing you have the backing of your partner and or family... to now take on this business full time... or maybe you quite like having a part time business while still keeping your day job, but now you are busy more than 8 hours a day, you still need your partner and family involved...

Don't let your dreams of a arts and crafts business.... cost you your family!... make sure everyone is on board, even if its helping with the housework while you are working so hard on your business...

Consider it a board meeting, and your family are the board!
