Decorative Furniture painting is a what I call "useable art"..and Donna Dewberry is one of the masters of this art.. she is a decorative painter, and she has this good book that I have shown above.

Furniture painting, can be subtle or it can be loud! or whatever you want it to be... I love to paint furniture, and Donna Dewberry is one of my favourite teaching artists, she has many great informative books on the market..

Another good one is: One Stroke Walls & Furniture (#9345)

If you get one of these books, you will find a chapter in the book on stroke techniques, she has a "one stroke" technique that is quite striking, and makes a piece of artwork stand out!..
