Table top Fountains... or for your garden.. great craft

A great garden craft, is the tabletop fountains.. With all the neat little gadgets you can get, and the small pumps, its quite easy to design and create the nice sound of water, but look neat as well!

You can stack terra cotta pots, or tea cups, you could make a simple fountain in a large terra cotta pot.. (don't forget to plug the drainage hole for that project!).. Those can be unique, especially if you decorate the pot. If you paint it, make sure to prime it first, and make sure to get a sealer for the inside of the pot, just so that water does not seep out. There are all kinds of ideas.. As long as you have access to electricity to plug in your fountain, then you are set. These work well on a table at the edge of your patio, maybe where the plug is, so as not to have extension cords running all over the place.

It will give your backyard party, or dinner party, or you just hanging out there after a long day, a sense of soothing, as you here the water flowing.. Its a beautiful background sound.

If you would prefer to purchase a unique looking fountain, then check some of these out, that I have found thru Amazon. You can click on the picture for more information or to go searching for more!

If you would like to make these to sell, then why not make a few, get really creative, and then have a garden party, so that your prospective customers can see them in a garden setting?.. This might be easier than hauling them to craft shows!

If you own a pond, or have a decorative pond in your yard, you can also come up with arts and crafts to decorate the garden surrounding a pond.. everyone loves to feel peace in their yard or even their balcony, come up with a creation that will allow that, and you will be in business!.. Remember, useful art sells!
