I went to a jewelry party, and the pieces were all these artists own, one of kind pieces, and they were beautiful, with there being about 15 people at this party, we had the time and felt comfortable looking and touching the pieces, and trying them on.. She showed us the best way to wear them, and I will tell you, she did a lot of sales that night! (try to make it so your business takes credit cards as well, as people like to get their points on credit cards and they are of course, convenient.. and customers are likely to buy more of your creations if they can charge it!
She had set up in a friends dining room, put nice satin clothes on the table, and setup her displays. That is the part you will have to work on, but once you have it figured, you can setup and take down quickly... there is also a ebook on this subject you might find interesting.
Start your own Jewelry party business!
Make sure at the end of the show, or during refreshments, that you get people to sign up for shows at their own home or even work place... make sure to give out business cards, have them sign up for your newsletter, and hopefully you have started the ball rolling!.. Jewelry is a very beautiful art, and selling one of a kind pieces, makes everyone feel very special, or do custom orders... if you are talented enough to make jewelry, then let yourself shine at a jewelry party..
