Seasonal art galleries... Depending on where "cottage country" is for you... you may find that its dead in the winter and is teaming with cottagers in the summer!

In the summer season, many local shops come back to life, and quite often ... there are craft shows, markets and art galleries.. Some of the art galleries are in peoples cottages, fronts of other stores... but they are difinitly worth checking out as a outlet for your creations!

Also check out the local restaurants, ask if you can 'rent' space on their walls.. especially if you paint local colour and buildings... visiting cottagers and renters really like local crafts.. so next time you are in cottage country, visiting friends, renting or if you are lucky enough to have your own cottage... check out the area a little closer and see if you can find somewhere to sell your art.. or consider opening something yourself!
